Harry Potter Studios visit booked through HolidayExtras - Error made on Studio date - Seems unfair

Hello Everyone, I am a newbie so please be kind. I'd like to recount a situation that I am in and hope someone can give me some guidance on what I should do next.
Just over a week ago, my wife received a promotional email from HolidayExtras advising on an offer they have to visit the Harry Potter Warner Bros Studio with overnight accommodation at a nearby hotel included in the offer.
Due to the distance of travel, I booked the hotel for the night before the tour date.
I received an email a few minutes later with the order confirmation and realised I'd forgotten to change the tour date to 25th (Sunday). I immediately rang HolidayExtras but as it was late on Sunday I got a recorded announcement that they were closed and to call back the next day.
I rang at around 9am the next day and spoke to a customer services representative who said that I and they could not change the tour date due to their terms and conditions.
I lodged a complaint stating that whilst I realise that I had made a mistake due to 'Fear of missing out' and haste when booking, the accommodation and tour date were Nine months away and felt their terms and conditions were unreasonable. Last Friday I received an email saying that they could not do anything about it and they re-iterated that it is in their terms and conditions. The total cost of the booking was £209 and now I am unable to visit due to my wife's work and will now lose out of this money due to the my error and their I feel unreasonable terms and conditions.
Does anyone have any advice?

Either book a new tour for the 25th (it should be a lot cheaper without the hotel in the package) or keep to the original tour and have the hotel stay that night, rather than the night before.
Unfortunately, non-refundable tickets carry a degree of risk with them.0 -
Hi @Deleted_User, thank you for your response.
Unfortunately we are unable to keep the same tour date due to travel time and the fact my wife is coming off shift in the early hours of Saturday and would not be able to travel down and be awake during the tour.
Paying just for the tour on the Sunday will cost another £99.90!

Could your wife get a holiday day or ask someone to swap shifts. you've got plenty of time.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.
I can bear pain myself, he said softly, but I couldna bear yours. That would take more strength than I have -
