Unable to get credit

Hi, I have a perfect credit rating score experian 999 but recently got turned down by Klarna and previously a couple of loans. This also happened before when I tried to get a mobile phone. A long time ago I had my card cloned and this led to an issue with Carphone Warehouse as they took out phones using the card. Is there anyway to find out why I would not have been successful with Klarna? Thanks

Your perfect credit score has no impact on lending decisions.  You need to check all three of your files to see what appears on each.

Experian (via MSE), Equifax (Clearscore), Transunion (Credit Karma).

Your 'perfect' credit score is a fictitious number that lenders do not even see. Ignore it. What matters is your credit history.

You can also have had no credit for a long time ,be on the electoral register and still come up with a 999 score, its means nothing without checking out the three main credit ref houses as listed above.

And there are several pages to a file, it's not just the 1 front facing page.
