Hi
i dont know if this is in the right group
i ordered something from instagram page and sent money via moneygram (pls dont I already feel bad!) but I have no product and they have my money.
Is there anyway I can get my money back? I used my creditcard to pay the moneygram? Can I make a claim with them?
thanks

No claim via CC As MoneyGram is just like giving cash.
I suggest you follow the advice on this page which has a contact no & explains their stance.

No. And that's why they asked you to pay by that method.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
Credit card isn't an available route, because you got what you paid for by credit card - credit to your moneygram account.
I suppose you don't have a UK business address for them? Without one, small claims action is a non-starter.
Sounds like an unfortunate lesson, I'm sorry to say. Hopefully it wasn't too expensive.0
