Hey Everyone
Just a quick question, wife has gotten a Amazon Newday credit card and has been using it on Amazon and elsewhere.
However apart from the welcome £40 reward points gift card, no points have yet been added and reward points earned so far still says 0 ?

I have read the terms and conditions
but is there a period at the start where no points accrued?
We meet all the requirements so
I thought before ringing them I would ask on here
Anyone had a similar experience?
kind regards

you are sure your wife does have the amazon platnium card rather than the classic card which doesn't offer any points
the points are usually added if my memory is correct when the statement is issued
how long have you had the card ?2 -
Points on mine are added as soon as the payment has cleared, ie no longer in pending.

Hello Older and Wiser
Thanks for replying .
Yes you are right! It says it’s a classic
card ! Had it for two months. So we really need to somehow upgrade it
to become eligible for the points.
Probably because the limit is £1300 limit
Thanks for your quick reply 👍🏼A

Slightly off topic but where do you see the reward points? Are they on the app? Or only online? Or somewhere separate?1

possibly app as well.Yes, shown in the Android phone app as well.(I don't have access to the iPhone version, so can't comment on that. The screenshots on the Apple App Store page don't show a points balance, but it might be on another screen.)

Thanks all, I had a notification about setting up my DD which was showing on the home page. I had to swipe it to the left to see the reward points. After dealing with the DD notification the points one is there straight away 👍1
