Travelling to gran caneria after having covid

Sorry if this has been asked before but just carnt find the answers we have a holiday booked for end of February we have both had covid from New Year’s Day both testing negative and both got our nhs app back with vacations ect booster showing but where not shaw which forms we have to fill in as we will have both had covid in the last 90 days

you will fill out the Spanish Health Control form
currently proof of vaccination required and no test prior to travel but as with everything related to travel this could change before you are due to travel0
