Just came back ffrom a great holiday. I did my return LFT and got a report (negative).

I assumed I would need to upload the certificate somewhere but can't see anything obvious.

Is the purpose to just make sure you do it? And just report the result if you're positive?

Glad you had a good holiday.

As long as your Day 2 LFT was from a supplier on the Government list, they will have already uploaded the result and all your details to UKHSA which (via the unique booking reference) enables them to link your result to your PLF .

This is the service you paid for ,when you bought the test and what is required under Public Health legislation.

The Test providers are responsible for reporting all results  positive, negative and void to UKHSA within 24 hours.

So you have done everything you need to do - you don’t need to do anything else.

    Hello,
Can you advise which one did you go for? How much did it cost?

If you are still looking, and I would advise waiting until next Tuesday if you possibly can, then SimplyTestMe.com are £12 and proved reliable from what I've heard.

This may be stating the obvious but it wasn't clear from OP they had actually reported the result anywhere..

Surely, you need to actually report the result to the test provider first before this can occur?

The LFT device wouldn't magically transmit the drawn line across to the test provider.

If its a Day 2 test you have to report it to the test provider otherwise you go down as not having complied with the entry requirements back into the UK.

    Even cheaper is https://vivoclinic.com/shop/product/day-2-antigen-test/

£5.00. Obviously the Day 2 test may be abolished shortly as has been said.
