A bit concerned….
Options
Hi everyone I have a DRO and the 12 months ended in December and in that year I never heard anything from any of my creditors. Anyway one of the debts that went into my DRO was my NatWest overdraft and as soon as they found out they closed my accounts. Anyway I had a letter the other day saying I’ve gone over my overdraft (they’ve added charges during my 12 month DRO time) and say they will take action if it’s not paid. I really don’t want any more bailiffs should I ignore it as I did think they are just trying it on or should I email them to say about my DRO? Surely I’m not liable for the overdraft charges?
hope someone can help
thanks😊

@KazzaR, of course you are not liable for any of the debts that were included in your DRO.
You have completed a legally binding form of insolvency, and your debts no longer exist.
It doesn't matter what any of your creditors may say, or do, they have no legal remedy against you now.
I really don`t know where you get the idea of a bailiff visit from, that`s pure fiction, creditors are sometimes slow to recognise your DRO status, Debt Camel explains how to correct credit file issues here, the same advice applies if they start chasing you for money, write and complain -
