- Muirhead responsibly sourced leather Bamboo (I think)

Could be either Aluminium or Muirhead leather.
EDIT: From the picture, it does look like leather on the headband and aluminium connecting the headband on each side. So I think your answer is correct5 -
I would expect that it refers to the outer covering which would be leather.
Also I would be surprised if this comp hasn't been posted previously as I entered 37 days ago
