How do people access these sort of settings?  I'm with Eon Next, they seem to know I have a smart meter (installed by Symbio) but don't give any data or settings related to it in my online account.  They also seem to have forgotten how to read it since they did do an initial read, so perhaps it's being treated as a dumb one now - they keep asking me for readings.
As well as the BRIGHT app, you can also get your DCC-connected smart meter data from http://www.n3rgy.com/
Or choose a supplier that makes it easy to access and download the data from customer online accounts.

    An easy one, Octopus...
As well as extensive API options for those so inclined, there is also a very simple download option to easily get a CSV file with your data:

From memory, EDF had a similar option to that shown for Octopus.

    Can confirm they do.

That might be the case; however, it will not last for long under its present guise as EDF is leasing Octopus Energy’s billing platform KRAKEN.
