Help with Small Claims request for Judgement request

Long story short I opened a Small Claim on line against a builder for failing to complete work on my property and an over payment made to them.

They replied to the original claim with lies. I did not accept their offer made through litigation and sent in my full evidence as requested by the court on time. To the Court and a copy to the defendant. It was made clear on the order I should have received the defendants evidence by the same date but this was never received.

Forward a few weeks and I receive Notice of Trial Date in the post for a few months time.  I was unsuccessful in contacting the court for advise so following a previous post on here I completed an N244 form. I emailed this over to the court and requested that they contact me with advise on how to pay the £108 fee as I cant find any way on like to do this. I wasn't even sure if it was the court enquiries email I was supposed to send it to. Again I have had no response to this. Any ideas where I can go from here?
