I have just received a parking charge notice from ECP. I was in Currys for over 2 hours because of their incompetance and a car park ticket is the result. Please can someone help me to get this charge recinded? I have looked for the Newbie Thread but cant find it anywhere.

Not sure why Currys haven't cancelled it. Coming here to post, having read the NEWBIES thread, you know what PLAN A is in the advice. Tell us when they cancel.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Appeal as keeper to ECP using the blue text template from the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum in announcements around day 25 if no cancellation has happened ( plan B ) , this is secondary to the complaints !
Plan C is Popla , appealing to Popla is a second stage ADR appeal
Plan D is court ( you don't want it to get this far )
There are 5 announcements at the top of the forum , you want the 3rd one down2 -
I have spent over three hours in currys trying to order stuff for rental properties. Please read the newbies and complain to your MP.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

Why don't you go down to Currys and demand to see the manager, you might need to get photos of the signage, or lack of it, as well.

I echo @fisherjim. I would go (being careful of parking) and see the manager there. Show him receipts for all your spending and ask him if he wants you to go elsewhere in future !!The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.4

I don't live that near Currys - tried phoning them over 3 days - 17 times in all and no-one answered. I have now emailed the CEO. Just waiting for a response.2
