  • Morning all,

    its friday!!!:D

got an email yesterday from that survey company we can not mention to say i've been accepted:beer:

Still really struggling money wise and its three weeks til payday and one day until our holiday.

i just wish our holiday spending money was sorted so that i could look forward to it :o as at the minute, iam just so worried and frightened about the money

we are doing a carboot sale on sunday, and we were hoping to get enough to last us the rest of the month for food but with the nursery fees, i just dont know what we are going to do.

i wish the scount rooms would open soon on slice the pie, i know its not alot, but if i can make £5.00 per day thats one weeks shopping:o

other than that i have a load of houswork to do, but i have run out of claen things:o i should hopefully be able to do a very small shop tommorow, about £30.00 for the 5 of us for the next week.

    Hi

Hugs to your fab daughter, she at least had a lot of fun getting through to the stage that she did. There is always next time.

Don't forget that the dollar is at a good exchange rate just now, £1 is nearly $2.

Can you work out approx how much you will need and this may help put your mind at rest. I know you are going a long way and will want to do as much as you can, but if you haven't got the money you can't and getting stressed over not having the money will spoil the trip.

When you are deby free you can go again and splash out big style.

  • well, we have been given $1000 dollars from my parents in law:D :j

its a huge weight of our minds:o and obviously the more we can put to it the better.

now the ONLY problem is getting through the next 3 weeks, and when i worked out what we need i've realised how expensive we are.

we will have £120.00 going into the bank next thursday and a chq should clear for £38.00, we have £100.00 in the bank and we are doing a car boot sale on sunday, so hopefully that will be

£360.00 if we make £100.00 at the boot sale and is that enough, no it blinking isn't:o :o

because of the situation with the nursery fees, that £150.00, hubby needs £70.00 per week petrol and his company is making him to go to derby on monday for which he needs £60.00 for one days petrol!, if i only spend £40.00 on food for us five than , that £320 for next week alone!!.

we the hell do we do for the other two.

my darling hubby has scared me by crying a while ago and saying he can not live like this any longer. we do we go from here

Maybe you will have to put the debt busting on hold for a while.

I know it won't help much, but do another soa.

Does hubby get his petrol costs reimbursed ? If not he may be better looking for alternative employment - not easy in this climate I know, but something has to be done to take away this pressure. Have you spoken to anyone like CCCS or Payplan about the best way forward with the debts ? Also double check with a Welfare Rights organisation that you are in fact getting maximum everything you can. If hubby's salary has gone down CTC should increase. What about childcare vouchers ?
