WHO built the house?  And to what standard is is built. Did YOU buy it from the developer?

I live in a self built house completed last year. Heated with an ASHP. Our house is a constant 20 degrees inside even when it gets to -10 outside, hot water is deliberately set to 48 degrees which is as hot as you can hold your hand under.  And our heating bills are very low because the house is well built.

If yours is not keeping the house warm or the hot water hot, it is either not set up properly or has a fault or is a badly designed system.  Hence if you have just bought it from a developer, get them to fix it.
  • I know its a long time ago now; but search for Heat Geeks, loads of Youtubes on heating.
