I just got paid £100 for this which I was pleased with.0

Well, they bounced my credit card payment and initially denied all knowledge that there was ever a dd for this payment. Keep trying to say it's a credit card issue. Customer service has been poor. They have got rid of the secure message facility and have put people on live chat, who are clearly unhappy and not comfortable chatting.
I'm furious as it's put my perfect payment record in jeopardy, wasted my time and I've lost trust in them. Had the account for over 35 years, not happy. Definitely not been in touch to offer compensation.0
