I'm guessing they're saying I could remove/break a fuse and give it back as faulty, but I don't see why I should have to do anything wrong to just get my normal consumer rights.neilmcl said:

Can't you just go in again when someone else is working and just say you changed your mind? Don't tell them you've tried it.
