Missing Funds - Transfer between Santander & NS&I

    NS&I have updated their website to discourage debit card deposits and are encouraging bank transfers instead, at least for their Direct Saver. I noticed this earlier today. DC deposits are still working fine though.

    Interesting. I didn't notice this today when buying premium bonds, for probably the same reason as you.

    When you click on "Pay money in", you now get this extra screen

    Thanks, didn't happen today on the 'Buy more bonds' link for premium bonds, just went straight to amount then debit card details. Perhaps that too will soon change.
