Car hire (all inclusive insurance)

Hi! I hope this is the right forum.
I have been out of the country for a couple of years, living in Canada. I'm planning a trip towards the end of 2022 and I'm looking at car hire. I'm one of those people who stresses about damage to rental cars so I want to have fully comp insurance (not through a credit card or third party insurer where I have to pay up front and recover the costs afterwards). So I have 2 questions
1. Is there a website I can book care hire through that includes fully comp insurance in the price? (With no additional claim requirement)
2. Assuming the answer to the first question is no, what is the best 'large' car hire company to look to, in terms of the cost of their fully comp insurance add on?
Thanks!
