Hope someone can help.
I bought some parts from the Netherlands totalled around €180 and according to the tracking its been signed for and delivered but nobody at our address has signed for anything.
I have now just received an invoice from FedEx and thay want over £50 for a parcel I haven't even got!
Where do I stand with this? I've contacted FedEx and they are looking into it.
Thanks.

Wait and see what FedEx says - did you contact FedEx when the shipment was marked as delivered to dispute it or did you only contact them after the invoice landed for the duties and taxes?0

I only contacted them once I received the invoice tbh which then prompted me to check the tracking as I hadn't actually received anything.visidigi said:Wait and see what FedEx says - did you contact FedEx when the shipment was marked as delivered to dispute it or did you only contact them after the invoice landed for the duties and taxes?
I had been waiting over a month but as it was from overseas and holidays I didn't think too much of it really.0
