I've currently got a loan with 4% Apr currently owing £2150 I'd I pay off in full including charges.
Would it be cheaper for me to get a 0% money transfer card and pay the 3% fee to pay off the loan to Dave on paying the interest on the outstanding loan

It depends on how quickly you'll repay the loan, and what rate the debt will go to once outside of the promo period.0
