Sadly not. Card regulations only state proof of delivery required. NOT that it has been delivered to the correct address.SaturnDawn said:

Don't spend it just yet. They have 45 days to contest the chargeback. Which given they have proof of delivery, they are well within their rights to do. This would see you redebited.SaturnDawn said:My chargeback request to my credit card for camera has been approved. My account will be refunded with 45 days! I don't have to deal with GoPro anymore! 😊
Note the 45 days is for the retailer to contest. It can take longer than that for bank to pick it up and redebit you. 👍
Regarding proof of delivery - delivery notification states a different postal address to mine so any challenge will be weak!Life in the slow lane1 -

Which card regulations are we talking about here?
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
He's talking about chargeback - apparently that is one of the T&Cs in the agreement between Visa and Mastercard
It's one of the many reasons I fail to see the point of chargeback if you are eligible for a s75 claim...0 -
