Park at Gatwick - collect at Heathrow?

Never found one previously but things may have changed. If I've ever done it I've either hired car home-LHR then another LGW-home or caught the National Express coach between the two airports0

Maybe better to ask this in an appropriate forum?
This isn't it.0 -
I'd be tempted to get the coach, although time of arrival is important and you'll need to factor possible delays if you book in advance (useful if late arrival and the coach kiosk is closed on site).
May you find your sister soon Helli.

On return to Heathrow, would it be feasible for one person to travel alone from Heathrow to Gatwick to collect the car and return to Heathrow to collect the rest of the family and luggage etc? That would probably mean a 2 to 3 hour wait for the rest of the family, although you could reduce that time a little if the rest of the family collect the baggage allowing the driver to leave as quickly as he can get through passport control.
Alternatively. do you have a friend or relative who could travel to Gatwick while you are abroad and move the car to Heathrow for you?
Maybe taxis to and from the airports might be simplest if you are not a huge distance away.A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".0 -
Or, before departure, drive to Gatwick, drop rest of family and luggage then drive to Heathrow, leave car and then coach or taxi to Gatwick to depart. On arrival back at Heathrow your car will be there for you to get home.2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shadingEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endMFW #4 OPs (offset): 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07,

We had this when we were flying from Stansted & arriving back at Luton. Once we worked out the costs go long stay parking & getting between the two it was cheaper (& easier) to get a taxi to do the drop off & pick up……but we were splitting the costs 4 ways.:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j1

Depending on how far away from both airports you are, you might be a lot easier just getting taxis, or a taxi from Heathrow->Gatwick on the way back.
