Yes, especially as the MSA would have cancelled it.

FLEET Services, one side of the M3 burnt down a few years ago, cost Parking Eye a fortune in lost income

You had a judge who was brain dead, There are a few around still waiting for the nice field to be put out to grass

Do the Parking Eye signs really say .... the signage states that breaking down would fall under ‘parking, waiting or otherwise remaining within the car park

This really does put the word COWBOY back in the portfolio of Parking Eye ?

Could this be more scam riubbish coming out of the BPA ???

You were dealt a very bad deal and I would take this case to the national newspapers to expose FLEET SERVICES and PARKING EYE ...... The press love COWBOY stories ?

Yes I think speaking to the operators is my next step; but the media is the step after that. I was genuinely taken off guard, thinking the judge would direct at least an appeals process before  reshow in court…

The lady judge is not fit for purpose if she cannot see the woods for the trees.
The county court system can be a farce which is a very sad reflection on government

But you should expose Fleet Service in the press

Do you think that PE have added something to the signs after their run in with Nicolas Bowen QC?  That was expensive for PE. It's against what the RAC recommend. What are people suppose to do, cause a multiple pile up.

It might be an idea for the OP to write to the RAC.

The signs say in small print: parking, waiting or otherwise remaining in the car park. The judge said that legally ‘otherwise remaining’ should be interpreted as covering broken down. I did say that the alternative would encourage motorists away from the safest ares in case of accident or breakdown. The judge disagreed.
