It depends on the type of account you want - eg in terms of access and returns, as well as how you prefer to manage it.1

I am wanting to buy some new clothes and wear them to start withwhat are the best clothes to pick ?The best for one person could be the worst for another. You'll need to say what is important to you and what your old account(s) don't do that you want the new one to do2

I'm guessing, judging by your other recent post (which has moved to its own thread at https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/78891546) that you may be looking for an account to stash your 25% tax free pension withdrawal? Which you say will be exactly £25K.
In which case the first question is how readily accessible do you need it to be - as it would make sense to get some interest but the better interest rates are for fixed term accounts (i.e. accounts with limited access for the term of the fixed term).
And so, if it is that £25K, it may be 'best' that you put some of it into an account where you can access it readily and some in other account(s) where it is inaccessible for, say, 1 or 2 years, where you can get a better interest rate until you need it.
In other words you need to think about more than one account.
