Tumble dryer recall and refund - anyone?

I have been advised we can have a partial refund for our recalled tumble dryer from Whirlpool. I have a link to enter my bank details and claim, however, when dntering your address, the section for collection dates does not work, so you cannot complete and submit the claim.
I've contacted whirlpool over this and they just say we are trying to fix it. I'm a little bit concerned as to whether this is genuine or not? It seems to have been going on for weeks at least. When you ask if it can be areanged over the phone, they say no it cannot.
Anyone else been in this situation and can advise?
Thanks

Yes we have trued that. It's definite a problem with the website, the customer service just keep saying its not working nut there doesn't seem to be any prospect if it being fixed or any other solution. I don't know if it's genuine or what but it's been going on a while and Im trying to work out what I can do to push the issue. The customer services are a brick wall.0

If Whirlpool customer service way there is a problem with the website I don't understand why you doubt that it's genuine. They aren't in a position to say if or when it will be fixed, but Whirlpool should be looking at alternative ways of processing the refunds. This link provides info regarding the CEO and that may be the best way forward. When I had problems with customer services being unable / unwilling to help with another company I had a response from the CEO's office within a couple of days, and the issue resolved very shortly after that.
