Seller is not responding on PayPals Resolution Centre

Hi,
I bought an item beginning of December and paid for it using PayPal. I never received the item and have been emailing the seller, but they have stopped responding. I then contacted the seller via the PayPal Resolution Centre, and - after 3 days - still no response.
Do you think I should continue waiting, and if I havnt heard anything within 20 days raise it as a 'claim'? Or should I give the seller a few more days to respond, and if not raise it as a Claim. Or should I nudge the seller with another message?
If the seller doesnt respond and I raise it as a Claim, will Paypal automatically refund my money and then go after the seller? Doubtful I know, but I live in hope.
Thanks

Raise your claim and let PayPal investigate and refund.0

You've been far too patient, raise the claim and then sit back and let Paypal sort it.1

if it is a big amount you may get a delivery anytime now with nothing within it. be careful about what you sign for. this may be used as proof of delivery!1

As above open a claim now, don't wait any longer. paypal will allow seller time to respond, if they don't and can't supply proof of delivery then paypal will force a refund- either way as long as your item was eligible you will get a refund.
