Haha, yep definitely! Everytime I typed it out I thought I best check what the acronym is but was doing this on my phone and got lazy.

Really appreciate the support all. I made some further changes based on the great feedback and feel I am ready to go for Tuesday.

Should I then not look to include the claimant’s lawyer in the email and just send it to CCBC? Good call on the phone call suggestion, will definitely do that.
