Leaseholder breaks leas rules

One of the leaseholders in our block of 15 flats, who also happens to be a director of the freehold company, is breaking a rule of common areas by parking his motorcycle in the shared back garden.
We have asked him numerous times to stop placing it there as the garden is not a parking place, initially he said he would, but he never removed it.
In our lease it states that no items should left in common shared premises.

If he is also one of the freeholders it may be difficult to enforce the rules leaseholders have to follow. Can you move the motorbike out?0

Sounds like something that has to be bought up at a meeting.
Youve been reasonable in asking.
You could write a group letter to him to make it official quoting the lease and no reference to exemptions.
Bring it up at a leaseholders or share holders meeting an see if there's a nerve to say that one rule for one and one for another. Then you know where you stand.I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!
