DRO debts incorrectly marked on credit reference sites after completion.

After completion of a debt relief order in July of 2021. Several of the companies covered by it, refuse to notify the credit reference agencies (or just ignore any contact I attempt) that the debts listed in the dro have been satisfied/partially satisfied and so they remain on my file as open debts.
Raising a dispute with the credit reference agencies also receives a negative response, as they just state they have to use the information given by the company in question, regardless of the fact that the dro shows as satisfied on my credit file and me offering to supply them with a copy of the debts covered.
So does anyone know how I can force them to correct the information other than through the courts.

I'm not sure you will achieve your objective of getting the debts listed as either settled or partially settled because they aren't.
I've had a quick google and also been on to the Bankruptcy and DRO boards on here to see if I can find out anything further - I think the best you can achieve is ensuring that the debts have all been defaulted and that those defaults will then fall off your report after the 6 year period.0 -
Lets not get silly, this is not a matter for the courts.
Some creditors still have not gotten used to debt relief orders, or how a credit file should be marked post DRO.
These debts should be marked by the creditors “to show that you no longer owe money on that account (perhaps by marking the entry as ‘partially satisfied’ or ‘partially settled’ or in some other way)” (quote from the Information Commissioner’s Office) and the balance on the accounts should show as zero.
If they do not show in that way, write a letter of complaint, and back it up with a threat to escalate the matter to the ICO.
Its pointless complaining to the CRA`s, they only publish the information given to them.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
