Debit card for an adult with severe learning disabilities.

Hi all. Am new to this forum so forgive me if I’ve done something wrong! I have a family member who is 24 years old and has severe learning disabilities. He has round the clock care from live in carers.
Over the last year we have been using a service called Carercard which is a debit card that we preload his cash and allows his carers to buy things for him as they need. This was funded by a weekly standing order from his main bank account.
Unfortunately Carercard will be no longer operating so I am looking for a similar alternative.
Would anyone be able to recommend or use such a service.
Thanks

Starling Connected Card might fit the bill: https://www.starlingbank.com/blog/introducing-connected-cards-for-personal-accounts/
Or any pre-paid card. Watch out for fees. https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/credit-cards/prepaid-cards/1 -

It is not evident from the website that this service is closing:

I’ve had an email saying that they are unfortunately having to wind up by 11 March due to lack of investment.0

There's an article on the main MSE website at the moment about the Tesco Clubcard Pay+ which may be of interest.
I don't have any experience of it but it could be an option given that it's a prepaid debit card that you load up from your main account.

Another vote for Starling connected card.
You'll have to open a Starling account, then a Space with a Connected card. Give the carers the connected card, you control how much is on it (though a max of £200 at any 1 time)1
