I've signed up to Chase and been using the 1% cash back offer. I know there's the round up of 5% but I need to know what are the possible shortfalls of activating this offer?
I assume this is a 12 month offer and when activating I loose the 1% at the moment. Anyone whos activated it tell me more if I need to know anything about it?
Thanks

There's an extensive thread about Chase here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/78858360. You might find it useful to read through that.
Not sure how you would lose 1% - if you pay with your Chase card, you gain 1% cashback.
The round-up money goes into a pot which attracts 5% interest. However, this is a complete Marketing gimmick, as most people are likely to only make £5, more likely less, from it. You will get the cashback whether you have activated the gimmick or not.
