How many wage slips and bank statements do I need to apply for a DRO??
Is there anything else I need?

I think the figure is about 3 months worth of each, your intermediary can be more specific on that score.

You need the £90 application fee, you also need up to date balances on your debts.

I assume you meet the other qualifying criteria for a DRO ?

As sourcrates says, your intermediary can help with all your queries.

The following link contains a lot of very good information under the heading "If you've decided you want to apply for a debt relief order (DRO) you'll need to find a DRO adviser to make your application to the Insolvency Service who deal with all DROs."

    https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/debt-and-money/debt-solutions/debt-relief-orders/getting-a-debt-relief-order/how-to-get-a-debt-relief-order/

I applied in 2013 with Stepchange (one of the best things I ever did and have never regretted it).

When I applied for a DRO I never had to provide any bank statements. The only thing I had to provide was my most recent Universal Credit statement.

    Hi,
Posted this in another thread already today, its Parkers guide online, that is used, usually the lowest value.

Its important to remember, you pick the value, from the guide, and it may also be checked using the guide, by the IS.

No one will physically come and look at your car though.

You can have a vehicle valued at no more than £2000.

Both Stepchange and CAB can organise a DRO for you.
