I purchased two a pair of Hamilton tickets for 1 January 2022 from Ticketmaster for £388.50 with my Barclaycard - Victoria Palace Theatre
However, on 29th December I tested positive for Covid and my partner tested positive on 1 January 2022
I tried to cont6act the theatre and Ticketmaster - both referred me to the Ticketmaster website
This revealed Ticketmaster has a no refund Policy but it does have a resale policy
There wa no option provided to reschedule with either Ticketmaster or the theatre
Therefore, I registered with Ticketmaster so I could offer my ticket for resale. However, after registering, my tickets did not show so i had no means of offering them up for resale
I then got on to Barclaycard - I explained the situation and provided a screenshot of my Ticketmaster registration with no tickets listed. I then concentrated on my health
I heard from Barclaycard today (10 January 2021) - they are unable to help
Is there any way I can rebook my reservation, or failing that obtain a refund?

If the ticket was non-refundable then you won't be entitled to a refund just because you couldn't go.I'm not that familiar with Ticketmasters resellling policy but I suspect they will have limitations on their ticket exchange which rules out the sale of tickets at a certain point before the event takes place so it depends on this term and when you tried to sell them.0
