    A Home Rights notice is what you need to apply for at the Land Registry. Do it now. Then you can oppose or not consent to the sale until you have reached a financial arrangement.

    Not heard of that! I’ve been advised about a Tolata but seems solicitors don’t like them as a lot of work involved !!
