M&S Returns service receipt

I returned 2 items to local M&S store 22.09.21 to the value of £39.50 - was given a returns service receipt and 3+ months later I am still awaiting the credit to be refunded to me.  I've called and e-mailed to no avail.  M&S is aware what the situation is "I've been advised there is an error on the code".  I've email them copies of everything and even e-mailed Steve Rowe CEO 21.12.21 to no avail.  Anyone had similar experience?

    How was the refund made?
    Chip & Pin Or swiped?

If the receipt has the amount, date & last 4 of card no. Contact your bank QUICKLY for non receipt of refund..

You have until Thursday 20 January 2022 to get it done.

  • M&S returns service via the store - they return to warehouse and refund is due back to acct in 30 days.  I think this method potentially if people don't keep receipts could lead to refunds not coming back to your acct.  This has happened to me twice now.  Will talk to my bank.   Thanks
