How to unlock iphone se without itunes

Phone SE is locked and get message to connect to itunes.  How do I do that as do not have access to the computer?  Thanks

Visit an Apple store and they will help you by using one of their machines to connect it to iTunes.

Or maybe if you have got any friends or family with a PC you could use for half an hour for this purpose?

I presume you mean locked to a certain network?

I thought that the unlock could be performed by simply logging into your aPple account - is that not so?

Sounds more like the iPhone is disabled due to too many failed attempts at the passcode.

The is a limit, I think 10 attempts by default and the phone is permanently locked out until connected to iTunes.

It is a justified security measure and quite rightly there isn't a workaround to it, just got to do what is needed and the phone can be unlocked.

The OP could try logging into the iCloud account on another device and see if they can erase the phone to reset it, but I'm fairly sure that still needs the physical iTunes connection afterwards to get it unlocked.
