Debt recovery letter, can be ignored. They're a pain in the gut, so the Rennies in the photo are appropriate!
Please read the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, fourth post, to learn all about debt collectors.APCOA are litigiously benign, we have never seen an APCOA unpaid charge get to court.Come back on this thread if you receive a Letter of Claim or a court claim from the Northampton CCBC - vanishingly unlikely. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Is this related to your other APCOA thread...

That PCN was cancelled by APCOA. Have they resurrected it?
Or is this about a different incident?
If it's a different incident, then we need a bit - a lot - of background information.
But having said that, @Umkomaas' advice is good.
Either way, I suggest you re-read your earlier thread and refresh you memory on how you dealt with that so well.
Can you please change your thread title to something a bit more useful?
Maybe - CST Law have written to me about an APCOA parking issue.
