Liverpool airport parking fine

HELP!
I have received several letters from Vehicle Control Services attempting to claim a fine against me for 'stopping in a zone where stopping is prohibited'. The fine dates back to 2019.
This morning I have received a Claim form for County Court claim for an amount of £245.00.
Has anyone experienced this company and had issues with them? I have not responded and nor will I as I think they are a big con!!
Any advice would be appreciated

Welcome!
QUESTIKN:
What's the date of issue of the claim?
You don't seem to have read any other VCS Airport claim threads yet. They are everywhere. You've written as if you haven't seen from the forum threads that we deal with VCS every day.
Also you seem to have missed NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST. See my signature, click back to page one and read but also please answer my question above and we will give bespoke advice too.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It is a big con but unfortunately you are now caught up in the game of 'Will they or wont they pay'.
You wont be paying, thanks to the excellent help and advice you can get on this forum but you must respond, and dont miss any deadlines.
If you follow the steps on the 'Newbies' thread ( read read and read again lots of times to get your head around it ! ) then you will know more about the way this game goes.
The County Court letter you have probably received is from the place where they handle the paperwork side of things , it is not an actual court where you go to get thrown in chains and locked in the tower !

I have not responded and nor will I as I think they are a big con!!Now the court is involved that stance is very unwise indeed. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -
Ask VCS to provide ALL evidence that the red lines comply with statutory regulations. Also ask Liverpool Airport for ALL evidence of communication with the Chief Constable which culminated in permission being granted for the lines. I have just won against VCS by threatening them with my MP should they refuse to engage with me. They have now quashed a PCN, hanging VCS out to dry in the process. Take NO crap from VCS. Fight fire with fire. If you need help we're here.4
