Disassociation

I have accessed my credit report via check my file.
Equifax and transunion still have me associated with my ex husband.
How do I change this?
Do I need to join each of the credit checking agencies to request its removed?
One says it was verified in 2020 but we have been separated since 2018.

File a notice of dissociation with each CRA where it appears.
There needs to be no joint accounts - marriage/separation isn't the issue.1 -

We have not had joint accounts since 2018.RISEABOVEHATE

Yes, you'll need to sign up so you can evidence it's you.
Go via MSE Credit Club, Credit Karma and Clearscore. Checkmyfile is frequently inaccurate with the data it presents.1 -
