LG Repair debacle

I need help, I HAD (lost in outerspace) An LG 4k TV which after just over 2 years went wrong and needed repairing. I phoned LG customer services to be told I would have to pay £60 and a Courier would pick it up and take it to the repair centre. I was told 14 days turn around. I did receive a text from LG and their Courier service to say it would be delivered on 16th December. Except on the day of delivery the courier company sent me an email to say "they would contact the customer". I'm still waiting for the call.
This has all happened since the 28th November and I'm still waiting for it. Sigh .... I have contacted Customer Services on many occasions only to be fobbed off every single time. So I went searching and found you could email the "President" of LG from their website. I put my case forward, for the first email to be fobbed off again; I responded to said email and told them I just wanted the truth, as there was no honesty whatsoever in the company, so many times they were supposed to phone me to no avail. So with Christmas and New year I took a break from them, only to phone them again yesterday this was to the escalations team, it took 55 minutes to get customer services to respond, then another 50 mins to actually speak to the team. I was told I would be called today, I really doubt I will get that call. My patience is running out and I would like to know what I can do next. Any help would be appreciated.

Who did you purchase through and was it using a credit card? Are you paying for the LG repair?0

I purchased through AO, I've spoken to them and they would like a report of the repair carried out. Then they will compensate me. Yes, I did have to pay LG for the repair. Sorry if I didn't make much sense today, I was so angry.0

I think there is little you can do at the moment as you organised the repair with LG, so have to wait for them to repair it and then send the bill to AO.marchwitty said:I purchased through AO, I've spoken to them and they would like a report of the repair carried out.
