I have that puritan guilt about not being 1,000% focused on the job search, even though logically it is pointless … I need to do something positive, nice for me and encouraging for my soul tomorrow methinks.

I hate that blooming guilt, it sits on my shoulder all the time wittering in my ear, it can be very hard to shut it up. Meditation does help for me, I am planning a nice long tomorrow as I have the time and need to rest!

Have you considered any courses you might like to do, more for fun then to put on your cv!

I sgned up for a Bach flower remedy one, as a refresher and a crystal healing one and psychic one. There are a million different course out there!!

KK, I dreamed I met up with your old boss to cajole him to beef up the reference they'd written for you. It was hard going, but I think I got through to him in the end....

Then I woke up and realised he wasn't German - so Lord knows who I was speaking to 🤣!

Courses are a good shout, I have tonnes of craft and art resources here that I should start using. I think I need to make some time for it every day.

It’s my birthday today.
There will be no ‘shoulds’ today.
There will be nice things, there will be lunch at my favourite garden centre, there will be banking the £200 cheque my mother has sent me, there will be thinking about what to put the £40 to that MiL put in my card, there will be internal smiling at the ‘Perfect Wife’ badge that came on the card from Mr KK 😂, reading a new lightweight novel, knitting, sewing, cross stitching.

The ‘real world’ can do one today! 😉
