Really productive day 😊
- Cleaned the patio doors. We can properly see through them now.- Assisted Mr KK with dropping through the floor and fishing up on the other side of the room the TV aerial cable so it’s not running across the floor any more.- Harvested blackberries, runner beans and cooking apples. Most of the cooking apples went over to Mr KK’s mum as she loves our apples 😊 I kept a few back though to make blackberry and apple crumble - Mr KK was delighted when he got home to that scent! 😊🤩❤️ There are loads more black berries to come - it’s going to be quite a year for them here I think.
- Updated my mortgage status and produce tracker details in my signature. Just another £500 or so off reducing the overall mortgage period by a second month 🎉🤩
- Attempted to make a warm salad but all my recipe books are boxed up due to diy in living room and I misremembered the details so it came out very crunchy! 😂 Not helped by Mr KK wanting help with apple harvesting at a critical point. 🤷♀️
- Renewed my library books
- Tried and failed (again!) to organise fibre broadband …. 🙄
- Put Mr KK’s butcher shop away in the freezer, which I have been reminding him about since Saturday ….
- wrangled two loads of washing for Mr KK - second one airing out in the conservatory
- made good inroads into de-diy-dusting the snug as well as the lounge. Degunked/defluffed the dog bed that sometimes serves as a cat bed, when she deigns to use it 😉
- Did a few more bits on my (simple) tapestry
- Hit 10K steps - unheard of for a Sunday, which today, pretty much has been 😊
Just got my lunch to finish off, my overnight oats to set up for breakfast in work and I am done for the day 😊
