New to car leasing, some advice please.

Hi Everyone, I know nothing at all about car leasing. Was thinking about selling my car and this will then give me the money for the deposit and for the monthly payments for 4 years. I know this is about using capital from sold cars to pay lease payments, but be aware that leasing is not credit. If your circumstances change, technically, you cannot return the car and stop paying. You need to make all the payments outlined in the agreement and return the car. If you return the car early, so still need to make the outstanding payments.
