        No

       https://www.gov.uk/new-state-pension/what-youll-get

Your first payment will be within 5 weeks of reaching State Pension age. You’ll get a full payment every 4 weeks after that.

Who did you "hear" from ?

Are you claiming any disability benefits atm?

It's sometimes possible to take private pensions early due to ill health, but not State Pension as far as I know.

I suspect you (or the person you heard it from) are getting confused with private pensions - some companies may pay out a DB pension before the normal retirement date if you retire on medical grounds. If you are terminally ill (with less than twelve months to live) you can also access the whole of any DC pension tax free.

Bear in mind that even if you have any pensions you can take early they will deducted in full from income based ESA so you get no overall benefit if your ESA is income based. If your ESA is contribution based or new style ESA any pension income over £85/week (£4,420/annum) will reduce the ESA by 50% of the amount over £85/week.
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.
