Any Banks in London that dispense Euros?

I have a euro account (within SEPA) and was wondering whether there are any banks in London that will allow me to withdraw euros free of charge?Or could I just go into my local bank?

There are many euro ATMs in London Underground stations. There's a map of them here:

I presume they're free to use, but don't know for certain. Whenever I've used my Starling Card to withdraw, it's been free, but they might charge for overseas accounts.
