What does the green box in the Title Plan mean?

Hello, we've just received our contract pack from our conveyancers.
When we viewed the garden of the property, the end part of the garden was fenced off and it looked like next door owned the last bit at the end of the garden (it was all overgrown with a dilapidated greenhouse on it).
Fair enough, we thought, maybe one day we could buy it off them if they wanted.
On our title plan that extra bit looks to fall under our boundary but it has a green box around it with what looks like a Land Registry number, although I can't find a way to search for that number on the Land Registry site.
I'm guessing maybe net door bought it off the previous owners of our property, but could anyone shed any light on what it means before I ask the conveyancer about it (because I don't want any more enquiries raised if I can help it).
Thanks everyone.

Use the first of the two links from @getmore4less
Pop the NT number into the box, and it takes you to a property in Ma…..
Pay £6 and you can download the title and plan.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?2 -
Green outlined bits are generally parts which have been removed from the title - so if on the ground it looks like the neighbours occupy it, that would make sense.2

Also if you look at aerial pics it looks like it is next doors as there does not appear to be a fence.
Another useful place is planning as often the boundaries are included in any plans and can safe the £3/£6
(only recent thing here is the house at the back had an extention in 2011

Thanks for the replies and the links, I wasn't looking properly on the Land Registry site.
I've downloaded the Title Plan and whatnot and the neighbours have indeed purchased it, for an undisclosed price, from previous owners.
Which is a bit of a shame but maybe they'll be open to us buying it back, we'll have to see.
Cheers everyone for the help.0 -
I would want to know WHY they purchased it? what is so special about that little bit of land? What will or could it enable them to do? e.g give them access to the back garden to build another house?

It is only a very small piece of land they have a greenhouse on.
Admittedly the greenhouse is pretty big.
You can't get to it from the road though.
I guess maybe they just wanted to start a gardening hobby perhaps?

Perhaps the greenhouse was there and the previous owners were not using it, so the neighbours offered to buy the greenhouse and the bit of garden it sat on?

Yup quite possible. We'll see if we can get it back 😁0
