Disputing a hard search on my credit file

Hello MSE forum members,
I recently applied for Klarna credit for a new phone purchase, I did this through the phone manufacturers website. I entered the correct details, but I received no decision either way after the supposed credit check, I was simply left with a screen that was continually loading for over an hour before I gave up. I spoke to Klarna and they said it was a technical issue on their end and suggested I try again in a few days.
Ive checked my experian account and I can see a new hard search for Klarna bank on my credit file, which is rather frustrating given I received no decision due to factors on their end. Is there any way I can dispute this with the FSA?
As in my opinion, I authorized the search in order to get a decision regarding credit, and since this was never given, it should be invalidated. Can any members help out here or have had similar issues?
Thank you.

You ask the lender to remove the search, but it's unlikely and not really worth the effort.
If you still wanted to pursue it, you can't go to the Food Standards Agency, but could go to FOS.

Thanks for the reply, I will start with Klarna as its their fault, if not Il go to the FOS (not sure why I put FSA!).

Also raise a dispute with Experian, they are more helpful then most people think. They will contact Klarna on your behalf and if no response, temp remove the search until its investigated.1

I had a hard search from them, they claimed to have removed it as it didn't proceed and I think they did, there was a link they emailed me to do this
No point raising a dispute with Experian as they will just bounce back to Klarna1 -
