Anyone had an email - final outstanding bill from Avro Administration?

I was 60 in credit... Apparently I now owe them money?

    I'd be interested to know what email adress Avro's admins used to contact you with.
  • I havent had a final avro bill, but constantly paid my bill up to date and gave meter readings monthly. So you can imagine my surprise to find out from Octopus that I have apparently since 26th Sept used £1700 worth of gas and electricity (mostly electric!). I am in an end of terrace 3 bed! Some serious issues going on here I fear!
    I carried over £235, have paid my deposit of £105 per month and still owe £1200 apparently! 🤯

    I havent had a final avro bill, but constantly paid my bill up to date and gave meter readings monthly.     As usual, look at the meter readings used for that bill and compare to the actual readings and your previous Avro bill.
    Just because you were giving regular meter readings to Avro doesn't guarantee that they were using them...
    Also the Avro administrators have come up with more than a few creative estimates for the closing readings...

    Is there anything you can see fundamentally wrong with the bill you have received?

    If not, then its good that Avro have billed you this amount. Avro costs were less than Octopus will charge you, so you are in the money!

    Just ensure Octopus use the same reading to start billing you from that Avro used to  close your account
