Perplexed as to why my sell order didn't execute

Hi, where do you find the NMS for a share?wmb194 said:It's the bid that matters and it's what the systems monitor for sell limit orders. If the bid/offer was 350p/370p all day then it wouldn't have triggered. If you actually try to obtain a quote - 'quote and deal' of whatever x-o will call it - you might find that you'll be offered a price within this spread. It looks like the NMS for this share is 3,000 units so in *theory* you shouldn't have any trouble having your order filled.0 -
One of the data providers I subscribe to provides it to me but having a look around it seems that, for instance, Fidelity displays it on its website e.g., look for "exchange market size" on this page https://www.fidelity.co.uk/factsheet-data/factsheet/GB00BDZWB751-cake-box-holdings-plc/key-statisticsisayhello said:

Thanks Thruglmir and wmb194 for your answers on this.
I'm at home on Friday, so might try and see if I can sell off when the market is open.
Thanks for providing the info on NMS as well. Will look at that in future investment sell-offs.2 -

Not a nice birthday prezzie for me to start the day, lol.0 -
As I type its indicated live bid/offer is still 350p/370p. You need to be careful looking at the last traded prices and the percentage change with this one as its bid/offer spread is so wide. Just ask your broker for a quote and see what's offered - so far this morning there have been a couple of apparent sales for 356p, 350p and 355.5p.TelescopicWombat said:

I decided to leave it for a while and trade in real-time this afternoon. As I type its indicated live bid/offer is still 350p/370p. The price of the stock went up in the afternoon, and finished at 360 - exactly where it finished up on Thursday after close of trade.
The bid was 350, ask 370 (on Yahoo Finance). I was offered a real-time sell of £3.6055 from Jarvis. As the share rallied this afternoon, I decided to sell at the 3.60 offered. I was happy with this, but what do others think?1 -
Here's the latest trades from Cake Box. Mine's the highlighted one.
