In normal circumstances you'd enter a country on a visa or under a refugee programme etc which come with conditions such as not working. If you breach those conditions your right to be their is void and so unless you have an alternative right to be there that does allow you to do the things (eg working) that breached the conditions then you become an illegal alien (to use US terminology)felinefancy said:
