  • Sever the joint tenants or she gets the lot of you die.

    Increase the incentives to get them to move on.

    IF you have someone new move them in.

    Was the purchase equal deposit and share of the mortgage.

    You are already taking a hit with the 90% LTV. 



    Excellent advice on severing the ties as a matter of urgency

    I went through the same thing and it was hell.  I had to eventually give him more in order to buy him out.
    Like you I was cheated on, but he is determined that I would not get the property because then I would be able bring a man to live there.
    How stupid can someone be - after being cheated upon, why would I put myself in such a situation without sorting out myself first.
    If you can borrow some money from your parents and offer extra, maybe 25,00 more maximum being 5,000, not more.  And do not budge from the extra - greed is a terrible thing when the cheater realizes what they have lost
